Hey all, Just wanted to see if anyone else at PNC is picking up on the same vibes I am. Haven't seen any official announcements or anything concrete, but there's been a lot of quiet chatter in the last couple of weeks. Heard some teams are being restructured, and there's a general sense of 'wait and see' hanging in the air. My manager's been a bit cagey when I've asked about our team's roadmap, which is unusual for them. Performance reviews just wrapped up, and there's always that underlying anxiety, but this feels different. More like a strategic belt-tightening before a potential storm. Anyone else in different departments hearing similar things or have any actual insights? Wondering if it's just a broad economic slowdown affecting everyone or something more specific to PNC.
