PNC - Rumblings about restructuring in certain departments?

Hey everyone, has anyone else heard anything concrete or even just quiet whispers about potential restructuring happening at PNC? I'm in the [mention a vague department like 'Risk Management' or 'Technology Solutions'] area and we've had a lot of 'strategy realignment' meetings lately. Some familiar faces are starting to look a little nervous, and there's been a definite uptick in folks updating their LinkedIn profiles. No official announcements, of course, but the vibe is definitely shifting. Just trying to gauge if this is a company-wide thing or if it's localized to a few teams. Anyone else in a similar boat or heard anything from other divisions? Trying to stay ahead of the curve here.

I've been hearing similar things over in the Commercial Lending side. Lots of talk about 'synergies' and 'optimizing workflows,' which usually translates to headcount changes down the line. My manager is being super cagey, which isn't helping ease anyone's mind. Just trying to keep my head down and focus on my work for now, but the uncertainty is definitely palpable.

Yeah, the whispers are definitely out there. We've had a few 'town halls' that felt more like damage control than transparency. Saw a few people I know from Operations packing up their desks last week, though nothing was said officially. It’s a tough environment when you don’t know what’s coming next. Hoping for clarity soon, but frankly, not holding my breath.
