Hey everyone, lurker here, but things have been feeling a bit... off lately. I'm in [mention a general department, e.g., Tech/Operations/Retail Lending] at PNC and while we haven't had any official announcements or direct cuts, there's a definite shift in the air. Projects are being re-evaluated, some initiatives seem to be quietly shelved, and there's a general sense of 'wait and see' from leadership. Anyone else in different parts of the bank picking up on similar trends? Curious if it's widespread or just our neck of the woods. Feels like management is being unusually tight-lipped about future plans, which only adds to the unease. Trying to get a broader picture beyond my immediate team. Totally getting the same feeling over here in [another general department]. It's that underlying hum of uncertainty, you know?
