PPG - Anyone else feeling the pressure?

Just checking in to see if anyone else at PPG is feeling the general unease lately. Been hearing whispers and seeing some reorganizations in certain departments, but nothing concrete. Is it just me, or is the vibe a bit off? Feels like things are shifting, and not necessarily in a good way. Trying not to panic, but the lack of clear communication is making it hard. Anyone have any insights or similar experiences happening in their teams? Curious to hear what others are seeing or hearing, especially in the chemicals/coatings side. Layoffs would really suck right now with how things are going generally. Hoping it's just a standard cyclical thing, but it feels a little different this time.
