PPG - Anyone else prepping for the worst?

Okay, I know there's no official news, but the vibe I'm getting lately feels... off. Been with PPG for a few years now, and while things have been relatively stable, the recent market shifts and the general belt-tightening I'm seeing elsewhere are making me nervous. I've started updating my resume and dusting off my LinkedIn profile, just in case. Anyone else doing the same? Are there any subtle signs I should be looking out for? Like, are project scopes being reduced, or is travel being scrutinized more than usual? I'd rather be over-prepared than caught off guard. It's a tough time for many companies, and even though PPG is a big player, nobody feels entirely immune. Curious to hear if anyone else is in a similar headspace and what steps you're taking to prepare.

I hear you. It's wise to be prepared regardless of official statements. I haven't noticed anything drastic yet in my department, but I've also been keeping an ear to the ground. Small changes in resource allocation or a slight slowdown in new initiatives can sometimes be early indicators. I've been focusing on upskilling in areas that seem most resilient, just to keep my options open. It never hurts to have a backup plan in motion, even if nothing comes of it.
