PPG - Feeling the pressure, anyone else?

Is it just me, or has the pressure to perform at PPG ramped up significantly in the last couple of months? My team's been overloaded, and the deadlines feel more aggressive than usual. We're getting a lot of "do more with less" messaging, which is fine, but the actual workload hasn't decreased. It's starting to feel unsustainable and is definitely impacting morale. I'm seeing more people looking stressed and less willing to go the extra mile. Wondering if this is a company-wide thing or if I'm just in a particularly demanding corner of PPG. Any insights or shared experiences would be helpful.

I've noticed it too. The 'do more with less' mantra seems to be the new company slogan, and while efficiency is good, it feels like we're being asked to defy physics. The stress levels are definitely higher, and it's hard to stay motivated when you feel like you're constantly treading water just to keep up. Hoping leadership addresses this before burnout becomes endemic.

Completely agree. The workload has become relentless, and the pressure to hit targets is palpable. It's not just a feeling; the numbers don't lie. Management needs to recognize that sustained high performance requires adequate resources and realistic expectations, not just platitudes about 'driving innovation.' Morale is taking a serious hit, and it's a shame because many of us genuinely want to do good work here.
