PPG - Morale dropping? What's the word on the street?

Just wanted to put this out there, has anyone else felt a noticeable dip in morale at PPG recently? It's hard to put a finger on it, but the general vibe feels different. People seem more hesitant to speak up, and there's a definite undercurrent of uncertainty. No official layoff news, which is good, but the constant whispers about budget reviews, hiring freezes (even if not officially confirmed), and the aforementioned reorgs are definitely weighing on people. Are managers being cagey? Are project scopes being reduced without clear communication? I'm just trying to get a pulse check on how others are feeling. Is this just my corner of the company, or is it more widespread? Looking for any perspective, even if it's just anecdotal. Trying to stay optimistic, but it's getting harder.
