PPG - Thoughts on current market conditions affecting us?

Given the broader economic climate and volatility in some of our key markets (construction, automotive, etc.), I'm starting to wonder how PPG is navigating it all. We're a pretty diversified company, but even so, I can't imagine we're completely immune. Has anyone heard any internal discussions or seen any internal communications that address how these external pressures might be impacting our business units or strategic priorities? It's not about layoffs specifically, but more about how the company is adapting and whether we're seeing any shifts in resource allocation or focus. Just trying to get a better sense of the strategic picture and how it might trickle down. Any thoughts or observations would be appreciated.
