Anyone else notice increased internal shuffling at PPL?

Lately, I've been seeing a fair bit of internal movement within PPL. Not just people leaving for other opportunities, but also a lot of reorgs and team realignments. It feels like departments are being restructured, and roles are shifting around more than usual. It's not necessarily a bad thing, could be efficiency drives or strategic pivots, but it's making me a little antsy. Just wondering if others are picking up on the same vibe. Are these changes tied to specific initiatives, or is it just the usual ebb and flow? Trying to gauge if there's a bigger picture I'm missing. Anyone got a sense of what's driving this internal churn? Is it performance-related, market pressures, or something else entirely? Sharing notes here.

I've definitely noticed the same thing. It feels like a lot of flux across various departments. Some of it seems driven by new projects coming online, while other shifts feel more like a response to market pressures or internal efficiency goals. It's hard to tell the exact strategy without more clarity, but the constant reorganizing can make it tough to keep track of who's doing what and where things are headed. Hopefully, it leads to some positive outcomes in the long run.

Yeah, the internal movement has been pretty significant. I'm trying to stay positive and view it as adaptation, but it does create a bit of uncertainty about stability. There's chatter about strategic realignment and focusing resources differently, which could be good. However, frequent changes in team structure and reporting lines can impact workflow and morale. I'm hoping for more transparency on the long-term vision behind these shifts soon.
