PPL - Anyone else feeling the uncertainty with the new strategy?

Hey everyone, been with PPL for a few years now, and honestly, the past year or so has felt... different. The talk about shifting strategies, focusing more on renewables, and the general economic climate – it's hard not to think about job security. I haven't seen any official announcements or heard concrete rumors, but there's definitely a buzz in the air. People are a bit more guarded, you know? Meetings seem to have a different tone. Just wondering if anyone else is picking up on this or if I'm just overthinking things. Trying to stay positive and focus on my work, but the what-ifs are starting to creep in. Any insights or similar feelings out there? Maybe we can share how we're approaching this without causing unnecessary panic.

I'm picking up on the same vibe. There's a definite undercurrent of 'what's next?' Since the big push into renewables was announced, there's been a lot of internal discussion, though not much concrete information shared externally. Totally. It feels like the ground is shifting under our feet.
