Hey everyone, been working at PPL for a few years now and things have felt... off lately. There's been a lot of whispers and hushed conversations in the break rooms about potential organizational changes. No official announcements, of course, but the vibe is definitely one of underlying tension. Has anyone heard anything concrete, or is this just the usual rumor mill going into overdrive? Honestly, the lack of clear communication is starting to wear on me. Just trying to get a sense of what the landscape looks like moving forward. I've been feeling the same way. It's tough when you're in the dark like this. My team's been speculating too, and the uncertainty is definitely a stressor. Trying to stay focused on the work, but it's hard not to worry about what might be coming. Hopefully, we'll get some clarity soon, one way or another. The silence from management is deafening.
