Any recent hiring freezes or slowdowns at Principal?

I've been keeping an eye on open positions at Principal, both for myself and for potential hires within my network. Recently, it feels like the number of new roles being posted has really dwindled. Not only that, but some roles that were open for a while seem to have disappeared from the careers page. I also know a couple of people who had interviews scheduled for positions that have now been put on hold indefinitely. Is anyone else seeing this? It's not a confirmed layoff, but a hiring slowdown or freeze is often a precursor. Curious if recruiters or internal folks have any insights on what's happening with headcount.
