Hey everyone, been working at Principal for a few years now and lately, there's been a lot of chatter that feels... different. No official announcements, but I'm hearing rumblings about a potential organizational shake-up, possibly involving some role consolidations or even targeted layoffs. My manager's been pretty vague when asked about future plans, and a few colleagues in different departments have mentioned similar feelings of uncertainty. Interesting. I've been a client of Principal for a while now, and while I haven't experienced any direct service changes, I do pay attention to industry news. Restructuring can be a double-edged sword – sometimes it leads to greater efficiency and innovation, but other times it can cause instability for both employees and customers.
