Morale seems low at Principal lately. Anyone else notice?

Hey everyone, been at Principal for a few years now and lately the vibe feels different. People seem more stressed, less collaborative, and there's this general undercurrent of anxiety. Meetings feel a bit more tense, and I'm hearing more folks talk about 'what's next' or 'the future of their role'. No official news, of course, but it's hard to ignore the shift. Is it just me, or are others picking up on this too? Trying to figure out if it's widespread or if it's just my department/team. Any insights from other parts of the company would be appreciated. Just trying to gauge the temperature out there.

I've noticed a bit more hesitation in sharing ideas openly, and a general sense of 'watching my back.' Hopefully, it's a temporary phase as the company navigates current challenges, but it's certainly noticeable.
