Principal Financial - Performance Reviews and Bonuses

Anyone else go through their performance reviews recently at Principal? Wondering how they're shaping up across the board and what the general outlook is for bonuses this year. We had our review meetings, and while the feedback was decent, there's a lot of uncertainty about how the company's overall performance is translating into compensation outcomes. Given the economic climate and the nature of our industry, I'm bracing for potentially modest bonus payouts, if any. Is anyone hearing anything different or have insights into how the company is assessing performance and reward distribution for this cycle? Trying to gauge expectations.
