Hey everyone, I'm keeping an eye on Prologis as a potential employer. Haven't seen any official layoff news, but lately, it feels like things are tightening up across the CRE space. My recruiter contact went quiet after the initial screening last month, which is unusual for them. I've also noticed a few more open roles staying posted for longer than usual. Just trying to gauge if anyone else in the network is hearing whispers about potential hiring freezes or slowdowns heading into the end of the year. Is this just the general market, or is Prologis feeling specific pressure? Wondering if it's worth continuing to pursue opportunities there right now or if I should pivot elsewhere. Any insights would be appreciated.

I've also noticed a bit of a slowdown with Prologis. My recruiter contact has been unusually quiet after our initial conversation last month, which definitely sets off some alarms for me. It's concerning because they usually are quite responsive. Plus, I've seen some job postings linger for longer than I'd expect, which could indicate a hiring freeze or at least a significant slowdown.
