Prologis: Any word on Q3 performance impacting headcount?

Hey everyone, been seeing a lot of chatter about the industrial real estate market and wanted to see if anyone at Prologis has heard anything concrete about how Q3 performance might be shaking out regarding headcount. I know things can ebb and flow, but with the broader economic uncertainty, I'm a bit anxious. Are there any whispers about potential reductions or is it just business as usual? Especially curious about teams in operations or leasing – those seem like areas that could be sensitive to market shifts. Anything you're hearing, even rumors, would be helpful. Trying to gauge the temperature, so to speak. Thanks in advance for any insights.

No concrete news from my end regarding Q3 performance and headcount. My team is operating as usual, and there haven't been any specific discussions about reductions. The market can certainly feel unpredictable, but from what I've seen internally, it's business as usual for now. I understand the anxiety given the economic climate, but I haven't heard anything to suggest widespread changes are imminent, especially in operations or leasing. Keep an eye on official announcements, I suppose.
