Prologis: Anyone else feeling the pressure? Market seems tough.

Hey everyone, just wanted to see if anyone else at Prologis is feeling a bit uneasy lately. The industrial real estate market has definitely cooled down, and while there haven't been any official announcements, I'm hearing whispers and seeing some increased scrutiny on budgets and projects. Feels like things are getting tighter. Is anyone else seeing this in their department? Are there specific teams that seem more impacted than others? Curious to hear if others are bracing for potential changes or if it's just my perception. Trying to stay optimistic but also realistic about the current economic climate. Any insights or observations would be appreciated.

Definitely feeling the same way. There's a definite shift in the air, and it's not just whispers anymore. Project timelines are being stretched, and the usual green lights are taking longer to get. It's understandable given the broader market trends, but it does make you wonder about future growth and resource allocation. I've noticed more emphasis on efficiency and ROI across the board, which is a good discipline, but it does create a sense of caution. Curious to see how this plays out over the next quarter.
