I hear you on the comp. It feels like while Prologis is a powerhouse in logistics real estate, the compensation hasn't quite matched that trajectory lately. The base is solid, sure, but the variable components and LTI don't always feel as competitive as they could be, especially when you look at other major players in the CRE space. The market is definitely a factor, but it's worth asking if internal structures are maximizing potential for employees.
Totally agree. Been watching the market and Prologis's performance, and it seems there's a bit of a disconnect with the total compensation package. Bonuses can be unpredictable, and the long-term incentives haven't really blown me away compared to what I've seen elsewhere. With the economic uncertainty, it's natural to want to feel secure about not just job stability but also financial rewards that reflect your contribution and the company's success.
