Hey everyone, been seeing some chatter internally and on LinkedIn about a potential hiring freeze at Prologis. It's not officially confirmed, and leadership is tight-lipped as usual. Is anyone else picking up on this? My department has had a few roles open for months with no movement, which feels a bit unusual. We're also hearing whispers about budget reviews and 'optimizing' existing resources. Could just be a normal end-of-year/market adjustment, but the lack of clarity is making people antsy. Yeah, I've definitely noticed things slowing down in my area too. Open requisitions are sitting longer than they used to, and there's a general feeling of 'wait and see' from management. It's hard to say if it's a full freeze or just a significant tightening of belts. The budget review talk is definitely circulating, and 'optimization' can mean a lot of things. Hopefully, we get some clearer communication soon to ease the uncertainty.
