Prologis: Internal transfers - is it even possible?

Has anyone had any luck or even just feedback trying to transfer internally at Prologis lately? I've been looking at a few roles in different departments that seem like a good fit for my skillset, but the application process feels like a black hole. I've heard conflicting things – some say it's encouraged, others say it's incredibly difficult and often easier to just apply externally. Trying to understand the real landscape here. Is there a specific internal process I should be following? Are managers generally supportive of people looking to move around, or is it more competitive than it seems on the surface? Any advice or shared experiences would be appreciated.
