Prologis: Post-layoff impacts on workload?

Has anyone experienced any changes in workload or team structure at Prologis following the recent (unofficial) reductions? I'm in [Department Name - e.g., Acquisitions/Leasing/Operations] and while my immediate team hasn't seen direct cuts, the overall pace and the number of tasks seem to be increasing. Some projects are definitely being re-prioritized or put on hold. Wondering if this is a company-wide trend or specific to certain areas. It's manageable for now, but I'm curious about the long-term sustainability of this pace. Any thoughts on how other departments are handling the ripple effects?

Yeah, I'm seeing something similar in [Another Department]. It feels like the remaining folks are absorbing extra duties, and while we're all pulling together, it's definitely noticeable. My manager mentioned a focus on efficiency, which I guess is code for doing more with less. Been trying to keep my head down and focus on core responsibilities, but it's hard not to notice the shifts in project timelines and the occasional rushed request. Hopefully, it's a temporary adjustment period.
