I've definitely noticed a shift too. It feels like the goalposts are constantly moving. There's more pressure to upsell and push add-ons, even when it doesn't feel like the right fit for the customer. Meetings are all about metrics these days, and it's definitely creating a more stressful environment. Just trying to keep my head down and do the best I can, but it's hard not to feel the underlying tension.
Interesting you brought this up. I haven't directly experienced 'more pressure,' but there's certainly a heightened focus on what management calls 'streamlining operations.' It feels like they're trying to squeeze more out of existing staff without necessarily adding resources. The vague language about 'optimizing' is definitely a bit unnerving. Hope it's just a temporary push and not a sign of bigger changes to come.
