Anyone else noticing hiring slowdown at Public Storage?

Seeing a lot of roles posted for PSA recently, but also feeling like the hiring process has become significantly longer and more drawn out. It's not just me, right? Applied for a few positions over the last few months, and the feedback loop has been almost non-existent after the initial screens. It feels like they're being really selective, or maybe budgets are tighter than they appear. Not hearing any layoff rumors directly, but this kind of hiring slowdown often precedes something. Anyone in recruiting or management there care to shed some light? Are there internal reorganizations happening? Just trying to understand if it's worth continuing to pursue opportunities there or if it's a bit of a black hole right now.
