I've been a tenant with Public Storage for years and while I haven't noticed anything major from the outside, I have seen a slight uptick in prices over the last couple of renewals. Not enough to make me move my stuff yet, but it's definitely something to keep an eye on. It's possible this internal 'uncertainty' you're feeling translates to a more aggressive cost-saving approach which could affect customer-facing aspects down the line.
Interesting post. I'm not an employee, but I do use Public Storage for some business inventory. I haven't personally seen any operational changes, like reduced staff presence or issues with access, but I'll definitely be paying closer attention to the communication I receive. If there are internal shifts impacting efficiency, it might eventually trickle down to the customer experience, even if subtly. Thanks for raising the question.
