Throwaway for obvious reasons. I'm hearing whispers through the grapevine about some potential 'organizational adjustments' coming down the pipeline at Public Storage. Not sure how official this is, but it's more than just casual talk. Heard it might involve some consolidation in certain operational areas. Nothing concrete yet, but the term 'restructuring' keeps popping up. Anyone else picked up on anything similar? Trying to figure out if this is just internal fear-mongering or if there's actual substance behind it. Wondering if anyone has seen any specific department heads looking nervous or if there are any upcoming all-hands meetings being vaguely communicated.

I haven't heard any direct whispers about restructuring, but I did notice their website has been updated with a lot of new marketing language emphasizing 'efficiency' and 'streamlined operations.'
