Anyone else feeling the pressure at RTX lately?

Been at RTX for a few years now, and it feels like things are definitely tightening up. Workload has been ramping up across the board, and it seems like resources aren't keeping pace. Lots of 'do more with less' talk, which is fine in theory, but the reality is people are stretched thin. Seeing some frustration build, and honestly, it's making me a bit uneasy about job security. Haven't heard any concrete layoff news, but the vibe is definitely changing. Anyone else noticing this, or am I just in a particularly rough patch with my team? Curious to hear what others are experiencing across different divisions.

Totally feel this. The pace has been relentless, and it's like the goalposts keep moving. It’s getting harder to feel like you're making real progress when you’re constantly juggling and putting out fires. The 'synergy' buzzwords are everywhere, but the actual support systems seem to be shrinking. It's a strange feeling, this constant push without a clear sense of sustainable growth. Definitely makes you wonder about the long-term outlook and if this is just the new normal.

Yeah, I've picked up on that vibe too. It feels like there's a lot of emphasis on efficiency and cutting costs, which I understand from a business perspective, but it's translating into a really intense environment for those of us on the ground. The pressure to deliver is immense, and when you're already stretched thin, it creates a lot of stress. Been seeing some talented folks looking elsewhere, which is always a bit of a red flag, in my opinion. Hope things stabilize soon.
