Is RTX cutting back on perks/benefits too?

Beyond the salary/promotion freeze talk, has anyone noticed a reduction in other benefits or company perks at Raytheon? I'm talking about things like training budgets, conference attendance, maybe even some of the smaller team event allowances. It feels like a general belt-tightening across the board. I've always appreciated how RTX invested in its employees, but lately, it feels like those resources are being pulled back. Just wondering if this is a company-wide trend or if I'm in a specific department that's seeing more cuts than others. It's tough to plan career growth when the support system seems to be shrinking. Anyone else seeing this?
