I've definitely heard some similar rumblings myself. It's hard to say how much is just typical end-of-year budget talk versus genuine structural change, but the volume of chatter does seem higher than usual. I haven't personally seen major project shifts yet, but I'm keeping an eye on resource allocation and any new directives that might hint at where leadership is focusing.
