Okay, so maybe I'm just paranoid, but the lack of clear communication lately is really starting to get to me. We've all seen the industry trends, and even with our defense focus, nothing is ever completely immune. There's been zero official word about any significant workforce changes, but the whispers and the general atmosphere... it just feels like something's brewing. We're getting asked to take on more, hit aggressive targets, but the support doesn't seem to be there. It's creating a lot of anxiety. I'm trying to stay focused on my work, but it's hard when you're wondering what the future holds. Anyone have any *actual* insights, not just rumors from the break room? Trying to gauge if this is a company-wide thing or just my specific area.

I'm right there with you. It's the uncertainty that's the worst. You see other companies making moves, and while we're in a different sector, it's hard not to worry about what it means for us. The push for targets without clear roadmaps or reassurance is definitely adding to the stress. Hopefully, some clarity comes soon before morale takes an even bigger hit.

Totally understand the feeling. The disconnect between the demands and the perceived support, or lack thereof, is palpable. It makes it tough to stay motivated when you don't know what's coming next. Hoping for some transparency soon, it would go a long way in easing these concerns and keeping people focused on the actual work.
