Hey everyone, been with O for a few years now and things have felt...different lately. Not hearing much about new projects, and the usual chatter about future planning seems to have died down. Been seeing a lot of 'quiet quitting' vibes from folks, and the general mood is a bit subdued. Is anyone else picking up on this? Trying to gauge if it's just my team or a broader company sentiment. Performance reviews are coming up and honestly, I'm a little nervous about what the feedback might be or if there's any talk of 'adjustments'. Just looking to see if others are feeling the same way. Trying to stay positive but it's hard when the water cooler talk is so quiet. Also, saw a few people on LinkedIn updating their profiles as 'seeking new opportunities'. Usually, that's a sign, right? Or am I just overthinking it because of the general economic climate? Anyone have any insights or direct experience with this kind of shift at O?
