Anyone else feeling the jitters at Regeneron lately?

Just wanted to check in and see if anyone else is picking up on the same vibes I am. Haven't seen any official announcements, but there's been a definite shift in atmosphere around here over the past few months. More closed-door meetings, hiring freezes on certain teams, and just a general sense of 'what's next?' are starting to make me uneasy. I've been with the company for a while now, and it's usually pretty transparent, but lately, information feels a bit more guarded. I'm trying not to panic, but it's hard not to speculate when you see certain projects slowing down or hear hushed conversations. Has anyone else noticed similar things, or am I just overthinking it? Curious to hear if others are feeling the same way or if you've heard any whispers through the grapevine. Trying to stay grounded but also prepare for potential unknowns.

I've noticed some of the same things. The shift in communication has been palpable, and the increased emphasis on 'efficiency' across different departments definitely raises an eyebrow. While I understand that companies evolve and sometimes need to tighten belts, the lack of clear messaging about the reasons behind these changes is unsettling. It's natural to feel a bit anxious when the usual transparency seems to wane, and I'm hoping for some clarification soon.

Yeah, the whispers about hiring freezes and the general air of uncertainty are hard to ignore. It's a bit of a departure from the usual culture, and I'm trying to stay optimistic while also being realistic about the potential implications.
