Regeneron: Anyone else feeling the pinch outside of R&D?

Hey everyone, Been at Regeneron for a few years now in a non-R&D role (think operations/support functions). Lately, the atmosphere feels... different. Not sure if it's just me or if others are picking up on it too. Been hearing more about budget reviews and 'efficiency drives' than usual. Meetings seem a bit more tense, and there's a general sense of watchfulness that wasn't there before. Has anyone else in areas like finance, HR, IT, or corporate functions noticed any changes in project scope, hiring freezes (even for roles that were previously open), or just a general slowdown in activity? Trying to gauge if this is a wider company trend or if my department is just going through a rough patch. It's hard to get a clear picture when things are so hush-hush. Just want to see if I'm overthinking things or if there's something more concrete happening. Appreciate any insights, even if it's just gut feelings.
