Regeneron: Anyone else feeling the pressure?

Lately, there's been a palpable sense of 'calm before the storm' around here. Metrics are being pushed harder, project timelines feel more rigid, and there's a lot of talk about 'efficiency improvements' from leadership. It's not outright panic, but the undercurrent is definitely there. I've seen a few key people leave suddenly in the last month, and no one is rushing to replace them. It makes you wonder if some departments are being prepped for a trim. Just trying to gauge the general sentiment. Is it just me, or does anyone else feel like things are tightening up significantly?

I'm definitely feeling it too. The increased scrutiny on every metric and the constant talk about 'streamlining' are hard to ignore. It feels like management is looking for any reason to cut costs, and the recent departures are a huge red flag. It's unsettling, especially when you've been dedicated to the company for a while. Hoping it's just a temporary phase, but it’s tough to stay optimistic.

Echoing the sentiment here. The 'efficiency improvements' talk is a classic precursor to layoffs, in my experience. The lack of transparency about the departures is also concerning. It's creating a lot of anxiety, and you can feel it in the air. People are whispering and watching their backs. Hoping for clarity soon, but the current atmosphere is definitely not reassuring.
