Regeneron: Anyone else seeing a shift in project timelines?

Hey everyone. Haven't seen any official news or chatter about layoffs at Regeneron, but I've noticed a strange vibe lately. A couple of my projects have had their timelines pushed back, not just by a week or two, but significantly. Management's explanations are a bit vague, something about 'strategic reprioritization' and 'resource allocation adjustments.' It's weird because we've been hitting our milestones. Just wondering if anyone else in other departments or R&D groups are experiencing similar delays or unexpected project shifts? Trying to gauge if this is an isolated thing or part of a broader, unannounced slowdown. My gut feeling is telling me something's up, but I can't put my finger on it. Curious to hear if others are seeing anything similar.

Yeah, I've definitely felt a similar shift. My team's been scrambling to adjust to new priorities that came out of nowhere, and the reasoning feels pretty thin. It's creating a lot of uncertainty and making it hard to plan effectively. Seems like more than just a coincidence if multiple groups are seeing the same thing.

Interesting you bring this up. We haven't had official timeline changes, but there's a definite slowdown in getting approvals and resources for new initiatives.
