Hey everyone, feeling a bit anxious about how the upcoming performance reviews might play out. With the general economic climate and whispers about efficiency drives, I'm wondering if anyone else is anticipating a tougher review cycle this year. Are managers being told to be more critical? Are there any specific metrics being emphasized more than usual? I've always felt pretty solid in my role, but lately, there's been a noticeable undercurrent of 'belt-tightening' and increased scrutiny on expenditures, which makes me wonder if that translates to how individual performance is being evaluated. Just trying to get a sense of the mood and if others are feeling the same way. Trying not to overthink it, but it's hard not to when things feel a bit uncertain.
