Hey everyone, long-time lurker here, first-time poster. I've been with Regeneron for a few years now, and lately, I've been getting a weird vibe. It's not anything concrete, no official announcements or anything like that, but there's a subtle shift in the air. Project timelines seem a bit more fluid, some internal communications feel a little more guarded, and there's a general sense of people watching their backs more than usual. I'm in a non-R&D role, so I'm not seeing the typical biotech layoff indicators directly related to pipeline issues. It just feels like... a slowdown? Or maybe a reallocation of resources? Just wanted to see if anyone else has been feeling this and if there's any internal chatter I might be missing. Trying not to overthink it, but the uncertainty is starting to get to me.
