Has anyone else noticed a significant slowdown in external hiring at Regeneron lately? My team has had an approved headcount for months, but the process has stalled out completely. HR is giving vague answers about 'internal alignment' and 'budget reviews.' It feels like more than just standard budget cycles. My contacts in other departments are saying similar things – roles that were open are now being put on hold indefinitely, and even internal transfers are getting really scrutinized.
