Curious to hear if others at Regions are seeing a similar pivot. Seems like there's a big push towards efficiency and streamlining operations lately. Lot of talk about optimizing processes and reducing redundancies. While that sounds good on paper, it also makes me wonder what the long-term implications are for headcount. Haven't seen any official announcements, but the subtle shifts in priorities and the quiet departures in some departments have me a bit uneasy. Anyone have insights into what might be driving this, or if it's a precursor to anything more significant?

Yeah, I've definitely felt that vibe. It feels like everything's being scrutinized for 'efficiency,' and it's making things a bit tense. We're constantly being asked to find ways to do more with less, and while some of it makes sense, it's hard not to worry about what that means for people down the line. The unofficial departures are definitely noticeable too. Hoping it's just a standard business cycle thing, but it does feel like a significant shift in direction.
