Anyone else feeling the crunch at Republic Services?

Been with RS for a few years now, and lately things just feel… different. Management's been real quiet about the future, but there's a definite chill in the air. Lots of 'efficiency' meetings and talk about streamlining operations. I know a few folks in other companies that have gone through this before layoffs, and it sounds eerily similar. Just wondering if anyone else is picking up on the same vibes or if I'm just overthinking it. Seeing a lot of consolidation rumors too, but nothing concrete. Are others in different departments or regions seeing the same signs? Trying to stay positive, but it's hard when you hear whispers. Just looking for some shared experiences or any insights folks might have.
