Been with RS for a few years now, and things have been feeling a bit off recently. Not hearing anything concrete about layoffs, but there's definitely a vibe. Budgets seem tighter, some projects are being put on hold, and there's a general sense of 'wait and see' among management. Feels like more than just standard seasonal slowdowns. Anyone else in Ops or corporate noticing similar things? Is it just me or is there a quiet tightening happening across the board? Trying to gauge if this is a widespread feeling or just my department being overly cautious. Wondering if it's related to the economy, or specific company performance. Interesting to see this post. My team has been experiencing similar things. We've had a few key initiatives stalled without much explanation, and communication from higher-ups has been noticeably more guarded.
