Republic Services - Feeling the squeeze, anyone else?

Has anyone else at Republic Services been feeling the pressure lately? It's not just me, is it? Workload feels like it's ramped up significantly across the board, but without any corresponding increase in headcount or resources. It's like they're trying to do more with less, and it's starting to show. I've heard rumors from colleagues in different divisions about budget cuts and a general 'belt-tightening' approach. My own team is stretched thin, and people are starting to burn out. We're being asked to take on more responsibilities without any real clarity on why or for how long.
