I'm picking up on the same vibe. It's hard to ignore the news cycles, and even though Roblox has felt insulated so far, you start to wonder. We haven't had any official announcements either, but it's the quiet that's a little unnerving. Performance reviews are definitely looming, and historically they can be a bit of a mixed bag for teams. Hoping it's just standard end-of-year planning and not something more drastic.
Totally feel you. The lack of direct communication can make you fill in the blanks, and right now, the blanks are looking a bit uncertain. While I'm not privy to any secret meetings, I've seen some project timelines get a little fuzzy, which could be a sign of resource reallocation. Let's hope for the best, but it's wise to be prepared for various scenarios as we head into the new year.
