Feeling the pinch - anyone else notice slowdowns?

Been at RBLX for a while, and lately things feel… different. Not layoffs, per se, but projects seem to be getting deprioritized faster, and there's a general air of caution that wasn't there before. My manager is being cagey when asked about future roadmaps and hiring. It feels like maybe budgets are being tightened, or perhaps the focus is shifting heavily towards profitability over pure growth. Anyone else in different departments seeing similar trends? Is this just the standard Q4/Q1 cycle, or is it something more? Curious if anyone has heard whispers about internal restructuring or if this is just the general economic climate hitting us.

Yeah, I've definitely felt that too. Seems like there's more scrutiny on expenses lately, and some of the ambitious projects that were greenlit earlier are now being put on the back burner. It's understandable given the economic climate, but it does make planning for the next year feel a bit more uncertain. Lots of whispers about shifting priorities and a real focus on metrics that directly impact the bottom line. Let's hope it's just a temporary phase and we can get back to some of that growth-focused energy soon.
