Is anyone else feeling super uneasy right now? 😬

I've been at Roblox for almost 4 years now, on the Engine team. Lately, the vibe has been...off. My manager is suddenly super vague in stand-ups, upper management is holding a lot of closed-door meetings. Plus, the company-wide emails have this weirdly optimistic but also cautious tone, like they're trying too hard to reassure us. Maybe it's just my anxiety acting up, but I can't shake this feeling that something big is about to happen, and it's not good. Anyone else feeling this?

I totally get where you're coming from. When companies start acting weird, it's usually a sign of restructuring, layoffs, or some other major shift. Keep an eye on any unusual resource allocation changes. Start discreetly updating your resume and LinkedIn. It's always better to be prepared, even if nothing happens. Good luck!

Honestly, people on the inside always seem to think the sky is falling. I wouldn't worry too much about it. 'Optimistic but cautious' just sounds like standard corporate speak. If you're on the Engine team, you're probably pretty valuable. Enjoy the free snacks and focus on your work. Anxiety is contagious; try to ignore the rumors.
