Been seeing a lot of chatter on LinkedIn lately, with people I used to work with or know through Roblox mentioning they're 'exploring new opportunities' or 'taking some time off'. It feels a bit more than the usual churn, especially since there hasn't been any official word from the company. Has anyone else picked up on this? Are there whispers internally about potential cuts or a more widespread exodus happening behind the scenes? I'm not seeing any official layoff announcements, but the vibe feels...off. Just trying to gauge if others are seeing the same thing or if I'm overthinking it. Curious about what the general sentiment is among current and former employees.

Yeah, it's a bit of a mystery. The LinkedIn posts are pretty vague, but when you see multiple people you know, especially from different teams, saying similar things, it starts to paint a picture. It makes you wonder what's really going on internally. A lack of transparency can breed a lot of anxiety among the remaining staff, that's for sure.
