That's absolutely brutal. I'm so sorry to hear that. Five years is a long time to dedicate to a company, and to be treated like that is just unacceptable. Don't let this get you down too much; their loss is another company's gain. Start networking and updating your resume immediately. Lean on your former teammates for support and leads. Something will turn up, and you'll land on your feet.
Restructuring is often just corporate speak for cost-cutting. It sucks, but try not to take it too personally, even though it's hard not to. QA is frequently one of the first departments to get hit in these situations. Did they offer any severance or outplacement services? Make sure you understand your rights and get everything you're entitled to. Start applying for unemployment right away; don't delay on that part.
