Anyone else feeling the pressure at Rockwell lately?

Hey everyone, I've been with Rockwell for a few years now and things feel… different lately. I know there haven't been any official announcements, but the vibe in some departments seems a bit tense. We've had a couple of project delays, and leadership is suddenly all about 'efficiency' and 'streamlining operations'. Anyone else picking up on this? Are you seeing fewer resources allocated to new initiatives, or maybe teams being asked to do more with less? Just trying to gauge if this is a company-wide thing or if I'm in a particularly scrutinized area. Trying not to stress, but the whispers are starting to get louder in my head. Yeah, the 'do more with less' mantra is certainly present. It seems like a company-wide initiative to optimize workflows and identify cost savings.
