Rockwell Automation - Anybody seeing hiring freezes or reduced headcount?

Hey everyone, Been with Rockwell for a few years now and things have felt… different lately. We haven't had any official announcements, but there's a definite chill in the air. I've noticed a lot of open reqs are either getting put on hold or are taking forever to get filled. Some teams are saying their budgets for new hires have been slashed, and there's been a quiet word about slowing down on hiring for non-essential roles. Has anyone else picked up on this? Are you seeing similar trends in your departments or across other divisions? Wondering if it's just my corner of the company or a broader thing. Trying to gauge the general sentiment and see if others are feeling the same pressure or if I'm overthinking it. Any insights would be appreciated.

Yeah, I'm picking up on the same vibe. My department had a couple of key roles open that have been stalled for months now, with no clear timeline for when they'll be re-activated. It definitely feels like a general slowdown, even if it's not being explicitly communicated. Makes you wonder what the broader strategy is. Hopefully, it's just a temporary market adjustment and not something more permanent.

I haven't heard anything concrete about freezes, but the hiring process has certainly become a lot more drawn out. Positions that used to take weeks to fill are now dragging on for months. It's creating a bit of uncertainty, for sure. Teams are having to shoulder extra work, and it's making it harder to bring in fresh perspectives. It's definitely a conversation happening amongst colleagues.
