Hey everyone, been with Rockwell for a few years now and things feel... off lately. It's not just me, I've been chatting with a few folks across different departments, and there's a general sense of unease. Budgets seem tighter, and while no official announcements have been made, there's definitely a hiring freeze in many areas and even some teams losing headcount through attrition without replacements. The "future outlook" talks from management feel a bit canned, and I'm struggling to see a clear path forward for us given the current economic climate and how it seems to be impacting our projects and sales pipeline. Anyone else picking up on this? Are you optimistic or worried about what's next for Rockwell Automation?

I've been noticing the same atmosphere. It feels like a shift from the 'growth and innovation' narrative we've heard for years. The budget constraints are palpable, and the lack of transparency about headcount is creating a lot of anxiety. Totally agree. The buzz around the office isn't what it used to be. There's a definite tension when discussing future projects and investments. While I appreciate the need for fiscal responsibility, the current approach feels like it's stifling creativity and making it harder to attract and retain top talent. Wondering if this is a temporary phase or a sign of a larger strategy shift.
